“I am writing this email on behalf of the family to pass on our thanks for the superb care you gave Mum (and Dad) during the time they were in your care. You all went above and beyond to ensure they were settled in their new home.
With regard to Mum’s care you were all so thoughtful, caring, compassionate and treated Mum with such dignity and respect and as a family, we are very grateful. The kindness you showed us, especially through Mum’s last week was wonderful and very appreciated.
