Many thanks for your email, and many congratulations on such a well organised and successful vaccination day. We were very impressed on reading the positive feedback from the medical team. Obviously, we are delighted that E, the other residents and the staff have been able to have the vaccination so promptly and professionally undertaken. You must be so pleased that the first stage has been completed and that hopefully we are on the way to normality.
