All of our Meat is supplied by Local Butcher, Kings Farm in Wendover. Gary King and his team knows that we expect only the highest quality cuts of meat. He delivers to us three times a week to ensure our Catering Team use only the freshest ingredients. Likewise, our Fresh Fruit & Vegetables are delivered daily from market by, Premier Fruits based in Covent Garden, London. We also pride ourselves on using Fresh Fish, regularly in our menus. Our supplier M&J Seafoods, delivers to us twice a week direct from Market.

Visitors are welcome to join residents for lunch providing prior notice is given. Our kitchens were awarded the highest National Food Hygiene Rating Award (5) from Chiltern District Environmental Department during their latest unannounced Inspection carried out on 8th December 2016.

Our Catering Team, is headed up by our Head Chef, Brendan Rathbone and assisted by three other qualified chefs. The team undertake a continual review of our Menus to ensure residents have new and exciting dishes. All our chefs as well as having catering qualifications also undertake nutritional training so they are fully aware of the needs of our residents. If a resident does not fancy the dish of the day our catering team would be pleased to offer you a freshly cooked alternative. As all our menus are reviewed by a Qualified Nutritionist, this ensures that all our residents receive high quality, well balanced meals prepared in hygienic surroundings by our fully qualified and experienced chefs.
